Race Day Pack Premium $9 · one-time

The free band tells you when. Premium tells you what, how much — and what if.

  • Personal fueling plan — carbs/hour for your race duration, exact gel schedule with caffeine timing, fluid & sodium targets, and carb-load numbers for your body weight
  • Race-week plan — your final 7 days, day by day, with paces derived from your goal
  • Plan B band — a backup pace band for a rough day, so one bad patch doesn't turn into a blow-up

How to use a pace band

  1. Print it. Regular paper works; card stock survives rain better.
  2. Cut out the strip along the border, wrap it around your wrist, and tape it — or laminate it with clear packing tape first.
  3. On race day, glance at the band at each marker: if the race clock is behind your band time, you're ahead of goal.

Not sure the goal is right? Sanity-check it on your goal's page — every common target from a 3 hour marathon to a 40 minute 5K is covered in Goal Paces — and practice your rhythm with the Cadence Trainer before the big day.
